I've been in love with Acne wedges for way too long. It feels like a lifetime. So some cheap rip-offs will have to fill the void until eventually i have the money or when they go out of fashion. In about two weeks.

latitude

Hey everyone, once again i haven't posted in a very very long time. But i got back from Latitude yesterday and it was just so so amazing so i have to write about it. I will have some pictures soon hopefully, but i have to get them developed and they might be shit so yeah.

Anyway, it was so amazing! Everyone says it, because everyone had a great time. There was quite alot of palava because of our tent and the fact the wind was basically a hurricane, but it was sorted pretty much, after it ripped and the poles bent. We camped right underneath the sign for yellow campsite C, with a brazillian flag flying proudly!I didn't see too many bands really, but I liked everyone I saw. Florence and the Machine was a bit rubbish, we couldn't see a thing and were so cramped.Crystal Castles were one of my favourites, theres been so much complaining and moaning all over the internet about how crap they were but so what if she punched some people and no one could really understand what she was saying?The youth fucking loved it.I got hurt quite a lot, which in this case was a good thing.

Also yuck were really really good, and wild beasts, and egyptian hip hop...

So now I have plenty more inspiration, met some super cool people and had a throughly rad time. Good day to you all x x x

Hey...i know i said i would be off for a bit, but frankly i am just so ridiculously BORED. So yeah hey.

It's been the holidays, heres what i have done:

Attempted to get a tan. Failed.

Been to various barbeques, with various people

Seen all of my lovely friends (not enough i dont think)

Seen Jacob (quite a bit)

Went shopping a little bit

Dyed my eyebrows (now they are really dark, i like it)

Repotted some of my plants

Drunk my own body weight in diet coke

So there is my life story, you are very welcome.

The top one is my prom dress. I do not want to go to prom, but if im going to go, it has to be in an original 70's maxi. And the bottom one is new chinos and tweed. Bad picture cause i just woke up and haven't washed my hair in 6 years.

My camera is still broken, and i think ill just buy another one cause basically i might as well. So here is another shitty phone picture. ANYWAY lilac ends, wahey. When they fade it will still have the bleached bits, so I can change the colour. I might have pink or green or whatever i feel like really. But that will be about 4 weeks or so.bye.

The places where all this stuff comes from makes me feel a little ill, i mean topman and primark? pah i dont know. The quality is shite because my camera is busted so i had to use my phone. thats all for now. x

I'm angry about a sign today.

Hey guys! My last few posts havent been all that great to be frank, so hopefully now your hopes are nice and low for future posts. Nothing like a bit of positivity. Here's a sign put up backstage at Kate Sylvester's show.Can you read it? sorry its so small, it says 'and so live forever- or else swoon to death, J.Keats' right at the top. Nice and prententious, nothing like a great novel quote to make you look clever and totally individual (my mother said sarcasm would be the death of me). Then underneath it says 'You are tomboys + poets''You inspire love + great art''You are cool, effortless + nonchalant' Ok this is a bit annoying, but I suppose that it inspires the feel of the collection and gets everyone in the mood. So i will give her that one. But then at the bottom, the thing that most annoys me is 'You do NOT smile'. It's underlined. It's an order. Good manners cost nothing you know, why don't you by nice to the girls who are walking your show? I suppose that she wants to make sure everything goes well, but underlined and bold and everything? Chill out.

Tats more like it

I seem to be spending my whole life wanting something else to happen right now. Lilac ends sometime this week. Nose piercing after my last exam in a couple of months. A tattoo at some point. If i get bored enough I'll do it myself.

Today i was supposed to get the ends of my hair lilac like this girl...But I didnt, I now have to wait another week cause they didnt have the right colour and i have to buy my own.Its saddening.

Hello! today i finally got my photos back, the ones from my camera. they took their sweet time. anyway here they are, bearing in mind that i have never used my camera before, or 120 film, and also i didnt have a light meter so it was all by my eye which quite frankly is a bit shit.

Pretty shit subjects, but i didnt want to take mega interesting photos and then have them not come out. the next roll of film will be much better i promise.

Hey there fellows! My blogging abilities have been extremely shocking recently. I have nothing to talk about, well I can talk about my life but that is BOOOOORRRING.

So i shall talk about something worthwhile yeah? Hows about comparing old (ish) and brand spanking new clothes, bear with me you might like it.

So i was flicking through t'internet and I found Roksanda Ilincic's show for fall 2010 and instantly thought of Sonia Rykiels show for spring 2009. I don't know what did it, I think it may have been the similiar hair styles or something. But anyway I looked into it more, so what do you think? Roksanda on the left, Rykiel on the right.

I don't know if I'm swinging and missing to be honest, but in my personal opinion I think they are very similiar and that's not a bad thing. I personally prefer Sonia Rykiel to Roksanda Ilincic because her shows and clothes have much more life and craziness, plus they are more my style. I'm so happy the fall 2010 shows are out now, I waaaay prefer them to the summer shows.Also I just have to add, Jacob took this picture of me and I love it so I am going to put it right here...
